Natasha Dubauskas-Reed

Founder

With a background and qualifications in IT, Corporate finance and Immigration Law, Natasha understands business processes and how to complement these processes with the added benefits of technology. She is the implementor of systems and has worked on specialised large projects. She is also the current Actionstep consultant for the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

Natasha, originally from Sydney, studied ICT to a Masters levels specialising in Business Information Systems. She then worked in London in Corporate Finance for a number of years before moving back to Austraila and studying Immigration Law. When Natasha was introduced to Actionstep working as an immigration adviser she found an advanced customisable cloud-based system that she knew she could tailor to assist other businesses.

I am a Mum of two very boisterous boys, I live in Hawkes Bay with my husband and am enjoying the rural life far from the city lights that I am used to. I started Adapt Business Solutions because I had finally found a practice management system that I could customise to fit in with my business, I had used so many different practice management systems but all of them were very defined and you had to mould your business around them. That is not the case with Actionstep and I just love how I can build this system around the businesses of my client’s – my ultimate aim it to help other business owners who are interested in adapting to a new technological environment.

Phil comes from a military background and has spent numerous years in the electrical security field. He has recently studied network security and cybersecurity and has a keen interest in implementing actionstep systems. Phil has run his own business and understands the importance of developing efficiencies.
